Annual Board and Homeowners Association Meetings Scheduled for April 18, 2026

The annual Board of Directors (Board) and Homeowners Association meetings are scheduled for April 18 at the Northumberland County Library. First, the Association’s Board meeting will meet at 10:00 a.m. to discuss specific matters to be brought before the general membership. Second, the general membership meeting will convene at 12:00 noon and follow the agenda prescribed in the Association’s By-Laws Article XVII. Third, following the general meeting, the Board will meet to elect the corporate officers (from the directors elected by the membership). All three meetings are open to any Association member.
