The annual Board of Directors and Homeowners Association meetings are scheduled for Saturday, April 23. Meeting information and proxies have been mailed to all association members. The Association’s Board will meet first to discuss specific matters to be brought before the general membership. The general membership meeting will convene afterward and follow the agenda prescribed in the Association’s By-Laws Article XVII. Following the general meeting, the Board will meet to elect the corporate officers from the directors elected by the membership. All three meetings are open to any Association member.
